Terms of service

Webloom lets you create, edit and publish websites by describing them. You need an account to build, and you are responsible for keeping your login details safe.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the service, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

You own the websites you create and the content you put into them. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only so we can provide the service to you.

Please review what the AI generates before publishing it. You are responsible for making sure your published sites are accurate and that you have the right to use everything on them.

Do not use Webloom to create sites that are illegal, misleading, hateful, or that impersonate other people or businesses. Do not try to disrupt the service or access other people's accounts.

We may unpublish sites or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Free accounts include a daily number of AI generations. Paid plans, when available, renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time.

We work hard to keep Webloom running smoothly, but the service is provided as is and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or improvements.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will let you know before they take effect.
